Privacy notice

Your documents are not uploaded

IWDoc runs in your web browser. The welding record, PDFs and folders you add are read and processed on your own computer, and the finished PDF and Excel files are created there. They are never sent to IWDoc or to anyone else, and we cannot see them.

Logging in

To reach the service you log in with your e-mail address. The login is handled by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which stores your e-mail address, the time of the login and the technical data needed to keep you logged in (a cookie). We use it only to give you access to IWDoc.

Web server logs

Like any website, the hosting provider records technical data about visits (such as IP address, browser and time) to deliver the pages and protect the service. We do not use it to follow you and do not sell it.

Cookies

IWDoc uses only the cookie needed for the login. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask what data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your access at any time (EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Contact info@iwdoc.se.
